Refund policy

At Style Loft, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. 

After receiving your product, you have 5 business days to request a return by emailing us at usastyleloft@gmail.com.

Your request may be approved or denied, and please note that the buyer is responsible for shipping costs. Refunds will only be issued if the item is returned in the same condition it was received.

 For defective items, shipping costs will be covered by us.

 If there is a delay in shipping caused by our company, the buyer  can request a refund

 However, if the delay is due to the shipping carrier, we recommend contacting them directly, as it is beyond our control.
